I'm happy you're here and that you've taken the time to connect with me. I've spent the past 25 years working with children and families within my community, and have loved every minute. Over the past 25 years I've noticed that life just seems to be be getting busier for parents with increased demands of work, parenting, extra curriculars and the list goes on! With all those demands it can feel overwhelming and may lead to parenting choices that don't fit with who you are, what you value and how you want to parent your children.
